The Big Move

Hi Friends--

Thanks for checking out our blog...a newest attempt to stay current with technology. With all the change happening in our lives, what's just one more thing to learn?

So, here we are at the end of June, packing, packing, packing...wondering what the next few months will look like. We will be closing on our home on July8th and plan to be in Wilmington the next day to start the long process of settling in. We don't have jobs yet, just a small detail in God's eyes, but were sure that our job situation will be taken care of in His timing. I (Chris) have my application in at a few different school districts and I have applied for a great job at the university (coordinator of student teaching). I think it would be a great fit, so we're praying that the doors would open if it's meant to be. In the meantime, we'll keep our eyes and hearts open to what God might want to show us.

One of the most difficult things we're dealing with right now is saying goodbye to you all. We have been SO blessed by great friends like you. Each of you are special to us and we will miss you greatly. Please know that our home is always open, so contact us if you're planning to be in the area, we'd love to see you!
